These Terms of Service (\"Terms\") govern your access to and use of\nthe TaoClarity website and mobile application (collectively, the \"Service\"), operated by\nTaoClarity (\"we\", \"us\", or \"our\").\n\nBy creating an account, making a payment, or using any part of the Service, you agree to\nthese Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.\n\n1. DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICE\nTaoClarity provides reflective guidance based on an ancient Eastern framework for timing and\ndecision-making (commonly known as the Book of Changes). The Service supports self-understanding,\nemotional reflection, and mindful decision-making by presenting a symbolic reading derived from\nthe traditional method, accompanied by an AI-generated interpretive narrative.\n\nThe Service is designed to support reflection, emotional awareness, and decision aid. It is not\nfortune-telling, and it does not predict the future with certainty.\n\n2. WELLNESS, ENTERTAINMENT AND REFLECTION PURPOSES ONLY\nThe content produced by the Service is provided for wellness, entertainment, and reflective\npurposes only. It is designed to support self-understanding, emotional reflection, and\nmindful decision-making, and may contribute to your overall well-being as a reflective tool.\nIt is based on probabilistic interpretation and symbolic framing, and it does not constitute\nmedical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice of any kind. It is not\nintended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, and should not replace\nprofessional care where needed. ACCOUNTS AND ELIGIBILITY\nYou must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the\nService. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials\nand for all activity under your account.\n\n4. PAYMENTS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS\nPaid features are processed securely by Third-party payment providers (defined below).\nThe current price for a single reading and any membership tiers are displayed within the\nService before you confirm a purchase. All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise.\n\nBecause the Service delivers digital content immediately upon completion of a reading, all\nsales are covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee as described in our Refund Policy, and\nare otherwise final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If a reading\nfails to generate a result due to a technical error, we may, at our discretion, issue a credit\nor re-run the reading.\n\nOur order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the\nMerchant of Record for all our orders and provides all customer service inquiries and\nhandles returns related to your purchase. By purchasing through our site, you also agree\nto Paddle's standard Terms and Conditions. Payment data is processed by Paddle and is\nnot stored by us.\n\n5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY\nThe Service, including its software, text, graphics, and generated content, is protected by\ncopyright and other intellectual property laws. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES\nThe Service is provided \"as is\" and \"as available\" without warranties of any kind, whether\nexpress or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability,\nfitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.\n\n9. TERMINATION\nWe may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if we\nreasonably believe continued use poses a risk to the Service or other users.\n\n10. GOVERNING LAW\nThese Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard\nto its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or\nthe Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in the State of Wyoming,\nand you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.\n\n11.
